I have lived there and it was perfect it was super quiet bonnie and Robin are nice owners and staff I suggest you live there
We lived here for a year.. Thank goodness our lease is up. It's awful. The people that share the neighborhood are not people you'd want to come across. From people encouraging their kids to pee on trees in front of other kids, to people parking their cars and blasting their sterio. The rent is high! Even worse, the electric is outrageous. For this townhouse without using air or heat our electric bill was 230. CRAZY!!! The worst decision we ever made was to move here. Save yourself the headache, look elsewhere!!!
I have lived here for about 5 years and its a great place to live.I have to say that its great living so close to the school for my kids.The staff here are excellent any time something breaks the maintenance guys comes right away and repairs it.The manager Robin is allways kind and has helped me and my family out on more than one occasion.All in all a great place to live.
Robin, the manager ,, thinks these are her own apartments,while she lets her friends do as they will...she makes it hard for everybody else....Im not one to write reviews...so let me make this easy for you...DONT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To sum up good ole' Bethel Park, it is a joke. There are pluses: maintenance is generally quick and ALWAYS nice, can't beat the RENT price, and they have a washer and dryer hookup. The bad: there are awful punk ass preteen and teens running around and they are NEVER supervised at all. If you live in the front circle, you should assume there will be people in your front yard at all times. The noise level outside is always unacceptable. Never under ANY circumstances live in the front circle! The amount they charge you for water is outrageous and more than counteracts the inexpensive rent. A household of three is $55 a month... Really ? Proceed with caution and let me say it one more time DO NOT MOVE INTO THE FRONT CIRCLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
